Built by curta.solutions.
PropsHub is run by curta.solutions, an IT consultancy based in Saarbrücken, Germany, at work since 1998. PropsHub is our own product — a props binder for film and TV, not a job we did for a client.

We looked for a dedicated tool first. We didn’t find one.
Before we built PropsHub, we went looking for a tool a German production could hand to its art department. It had to track props scene by scene, in German. And it had to leave the shoot schedule and the budget of the whole production alone. We couldn’t find one.
What you find instead is a spreadsheet — or props buried as one tag in a script breakdown, inside a broad suite built to schedule and budget first. PropsHub is narrow on purpose: deep on props, on scenes and on continuity, and nothing else.
One person builds this and answers the inbox.
One person runs PropsHub. There's no support team on the side, and no layer of account managers — the person who ships a fix is the person who writes back to you. That's a trade-off, and we'd rather say it out loud. You get faster, more direct answers. And the roadmap moves at the pace one focused team can hold.
curta.solutions comes out of IT consulting for fields that are regulated and full of sensitive data. That same habit shaped PropsHub: access control the server enforces, an audit log, and two-factor login. Security was not bolted on to a props app at the end.
Onboarding is by hand, because setting you up is by hand.
There's no “create an account” button yet. We set up every production by hand — we invite the users, we build the groups, and we match access to who is actually on the crew. That's how the first productions come on board while the product is still young. It is not a gate we mean to keep.
See the honest roadmap for exactly what's built, what isn't, and what's next.
Tell us about your production.
We'll set it up with you by hand — the same way we onboard everyone right now.
