Prop inventory, derived quantities
Name, category, source, notes and photos per prop. The quantity is recalculated from your scenes, not typed — see the demonstration above.

Open tasks per scene
Source the watch. Clear the logo. Return the rental. Checklists live on the scene, print on the card, and export with the film.

Shoot-day scene cards
Printable DIN A4 cards with the prop table and open tasks, named PopeJoan-Ep.3-Sc.45 so the file is findable a week later. Print it, save it as PDF, or email it.

Every scene, prop and task, exported as a spreadsheet — for the person who still wants one, or the department that only reads them.
