Solo
One person, one production.
- 1 film, 1 seat
- Two-factor authentication and per-film access control — on every tier, including this one
- Calendar, shoot-day cards, spreadsheet export
- Offline read cache, Deutsch · English · Español
Three subscriptions for companies running productions back to back, and a flat Production Pass for a single shoot with a wrap date.
Every account today is set up by hand — a seat, a film and an access level, configured with you before the first login. We onboard the first productions by hand.
That means no instant sign-up and no credit card form at the end of this page. It means someone reads your request and sets up exactly what your production needs, seats included.
The fence between them is one film versus unlimited films — not the price.
One person, one production.
3-seat minimum — €57/mo floor
Companies running several productions at once.
5-seat minimum — €195/mo floor
Studios that need priority support and an export trail.
One flat price for one production. Recommended if this is the only production you’re running — a company running several at once is usually better off on Production above. When the six months are up, it stops. There’s nothing to cancel.
Request access →All prices in EUR, billed to the production or the company running it. Seats can be added mid-shoot on any tier — see the FAQ below.
Because every account is set up by hand today — a seat, a film and an access level configured with you, not generated by a form. We onboard the first productions by hand; a self-serve flow is planned, but we’d rather get the first accounts right than fast.
We don’t delete anything automatically at the wrap date, on the Pass or on a subscription. Your film stays exactly as you left it until you tell us what to do with it.
Tell us before the six months run out and we’ll extend the Pass or move you onto a Production subscription, whichever costs less for the extra time. No production has ever finished on schedule; we don’t expect yours to be the first.
Yes, on any tier. Tell us who’s joining and we add the seat — billed for the remainder of the current period on a subscription, or added flat to the Pass if there’s room under its six-seat cap.
You keep read access long enough to get everything out — export the film as a spreadsheet, save the scene cards — then tell us to delete the account. We don’t hold your production’s props hostage.
Yes. If you’re a student or working on a film-school production, contact us — we haven’t published a fixed student price yet, but we’ll set one up with you.
Running the servers, the backups and the support isn’t free, and a permanently free tier usually means the product is optimised for signups instead of the people already paying. We’d rather charge honestly from day one.
We bill in EUR. If your card or bank is outside the eurozone, they’ll convert it at their own rate — we don’t currently offer native USD billing.
PropsHub is invite-only while we onboard the first productions by hand.
