propshub.online scene breakdown sheet
Free — sent by email

The scene breakdown sheet, one scene per page.

One page per scene: location, INT/EXT, time of day, cast, the props it needs, and the open tasks against it. It’s the fuller version of the five-column prop list — for when you’re breaking a script down scene by scene, not just cataloguing what’s in storage.

We send this one by email rather than hosting it as an open download. Tell us where to send it and it’s in your inbox the same day — no promise of an instant link on this page.

02 · What's on the sheet

Everything a scene card needs before day one.

Scene header — number, INT/EXT, location, time of day, and a one-line synopsis, so the page is identifiable at a glance.

Cast & roles — who’s in the scene, so wardrobe and continuity aren’t reading a separate document.

Props for this scene — item, quantity, source and notes, in the same column vocabulary as our free prop list template.

Open tasks — source the watch, clear the logo, return the rental. The things that have to happen before the scene can shoot, in one place instead of a side conversation.

03 · Why this one isn't an open download

Fair trade: your email, our attention.

The prop list template is a five-column CSV anyone can grab with no strings attached. This one is closer to what PropsHub itself generates per scene — a fuller document — so we ask for an email before we send it.

That’s the honest reason: it lets us follow up if you’re breaking down a real production, and it costs you one email instead of a form with ten fields.
