SyncOnSet for Props is part of Entertainment Partners. It is the Hollywood-grade tool for props and continuity: decades of use on studio productions, continuity photos, a record of where each prop was bought or hired, and wrap-box reports it writes for you. It is sold to large firms only, on a quote, with no prices in public.
We will not pretend PropsHub matches its depth on continuity and sourcing. We built something narrower. You ask for it yourself, and the price is in the open once you are in.

As published on synconset.com and ep.com/synconset (accessed August 2026), SyncOnSet for Props covers a prop inventory with photos and notes on each item, a breakdown by scene and by character, continuity notes and photos, budget reports per prop and per scene, and wrap-box labels and reports it writes for you. It is used on productions from multi-cam sitcoms to feature films.
SyncOnSet is one product inside the Entertainment Partners group, next to Movie Magic Scheduling, Movie Magic Budgeting and Scenechronize. TPG Capital has owned the bulk of that group since 2019. SyncOnSet does not publish a price for the Props module. You get in through a sales call.

SyncOnSet facts as published on synconset.com / ep.com (accessed August 2026). The rows marked “not confirmed” are ones we could not check — we are not claiming the feature is missing. SyncOnSet sells to large firms only, and its marketing does not spell out every field it holds.
If the job is continuity photos and wrap-box reports, SyncOnSet already does it.
It also has something we cannot claim: years of real productions behind it, at a scale where you have to square the budget prop by prop, and know what was bought and what was hired. If that is what your prop department needs today, it is worth a sales call with them.
What we built instead is a narrower tool. You can ask for access yourself. The count is worked out from your scene breakdown. Two people can work the same scene at once. And you can read the price before you talk to anyone.
