SyncOnSet for Props, part of Entertainment Partners, is the Hollywood-grade props/continuity tool — decades of use on studio productions, continuity photos, purchase and rental source tracking, and automated wrap-box reports. It’s sold enterprise-only, quote-based, with no public pricing.
We’re not going to pretend PropsHub matches its depth on continuity and sourcing. We built something narrower, self-serve to request, and priced in the open once you’re in.

As published on synconset.com and ep.com/synconset (accessed August 2026), SyncOnSet for Props covers prop inventory with photos and descriptions, scene/character breakdown, continuity notes and photos, per-prop and per-scene budget reports, and automated wrap-box labels and reports. It’s used on productions from multi-cam sitcoms to feature films.
SyncOnSet is one product inside the Entertainment Partners conglomerate, alongside Movie Magic Scheduling, Movie Magic Budgeting and Scenechronize — majority-owned by TPG Capital since 2019. It doesn’t publish pricing for the Props module; access goes through a sales conversation.

If continuity photography and wrap-box reporting are the job, SyncOnSet already does it.
It also has something we can’t claim: years of real productions behind it, at a scale where per-prop budget reconciliation and purchase-vs-rental tracking genuinely matter. If that’s what your prop department needs today, it’s worth a sales conversation with them.
